3.Account Registration

4.Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on fk444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fk444 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure that players across Bangladesh can deposit and withdraw funds quickly and conveniently. fk444 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the fk444 account holder. If a third-party deposit is identified, fk444 will return the funds to the source account and may suspend the player's account pending investigation.

6.Gameplay and Fair Use

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances including deposits and winnings, and referral to law enforcement or other relevant authorities where applicable.

fk444 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, fk444 will act promptly and decisively in accordance with these Terms, and reserves the right to share relevant information with partner platforms, payment providers, and law enforcement agencies as required.
8.Account Suspension and Closure
fk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fk444 determines in its sole discretion that grounds for suspension or closure exist. The following are examples of grounds that may lead to account suspension or closure:
